I got ripped off too.While ordering for my Acai Optimum free trial pack, I thought I only had to pay shipping and handling charges. Not knowing I would be charged $99.00, and then another $99.00 in a month, before I would qualify for a rebate coupon of $99. Immediately after ordering, I found I was billed on my bankcard for the $99, plus shipping and handling. Within a few minutes, I tried to cancel out and was told I couldn’t stop that transaction. My Credit Card Company will not help out in this situation as they say it is not a Fraud as I unwittingly gave them my details without checking the Terms and Conditions. Then after calling the customer care regularly to be sure no future shipments or charges will be coming, and been informed there won’t be. I’ve learned from this experience not to ever order free trials again. Companies like Acai Optimum are spam. So BEWARE!!!!!
